How to care for human hair wigs

Wigs are worn for a variety of reasons such as for a new style without cutting your real hair, a quick fix to a bad hair do, or an alternative to going bald. Washing a Human Hair Wig

Get a large bowl or pan and fill it with lukewarm water (enough to thoroughly cover the wig). Add one tablespoon of baking soda and combine with a capful of specially designed wig shampoo. Apply the shampoo through the hair carefully with your hands to keep the wig hair going in the same direction. This will reduce the amount of tangles. After you have thoroughly washed the wig, rinse well with lukewarm water.
