Must have hair care products
There are several “must have hair care products” that my hair just could not survive without, but before I let you in on my little hair care secrets, let me give you a brief history of my hair. I am someone who likes to change my hair colour on a regular basis. When I see a celebrity in a magazine or on television it makes me long for that particular hair colour. I love the feeling that a new hair colour can evoke within me. My natural hair colour is a very dark brown, which I like, but quickly bores me.
I have always wanted hair with multi tones and highlights-Jennifer Aniston‘s hair colour being my all-time dream hair colour, but it is surprisingly difficult to achieve her hair colour. This past three months alone I have gone from black hair, to medium brown, to very bright (somewhat luminous) blonde. I am currently a dark blonde hair colour and am considering scattering a few blonde highlights throughout the front of my hair – just to liven it up a little. My aim is to look as “naturally” blonde as possible, especially now with summer on its way, I would like to lighten it up.
You must be thinking that my hair is in horrendous condition, maybe even on the verge of falling out, but I can assure you that it is in good condition. I have always taken care of my hair. I have bought very inexpensive hair care products to the most expensive hair care products on the market, and I can advise you that the best hair care products are definitely the inexpensive products.
I am someone who is a bit of a hair care product “junkie”. I used to spend hours at the weekend just reading the labels on the back of bottles of shampoo and conditioner, comparing the expensive and inexpensive brands. My research revealed to me that the number one ingredient listed on all shampoos and conditioners was “aqua”, in other words “water”. I asked myself why I should pay exorbitant prices for water, and I decided that I would start spending my money on the inexpensive brands. However, I would recommend sticking to fairly well known brand names.
My “must have” every day shampoo and conditioner is any from the Timotei range. They are very gentle on the scalp and hair and smell good too. My all-time “must have” hair care product is VO5 Hot Oil Conditioner. It is a little miracle in a tube. You just pop it in a cup of warm water, wait a few minutes, then smooth it on to your hair, wait another minute and shampoo and condition as usual. You will notice the difference in your hair almost immediately.
I hope my recommendations will have helped you achieve healthier hair, just remember not to buy into the marketing and advertising hype of the more expensive hair care brands.

Why health is important
Health is important for numerous reasons. For one simple thing, we all want to live a long life, right? We all want a free and fun life, right? Well one factor to a long good life is good health. We enjoy life better when we have better health. We can walk, we can run, we can talk and we can laugh. The simple activities that we do everyday is something we shouldn’t take for granted. Life can only be enjoyable because our opportunities is plentiful.
There’s many activities that desperately need good health, one major one is something everyone needs. One things that everyone loves to do or watch. Any guess? Well, sports needs good health. Basketball, soccer, football, swimming, volleyball… any sport, you name it. They all need good health.
We can eat what we like, and have no limitations. If someone has diabetes then there’s not much food they can eat. Well at least nothing desirable. Food is one of the greater joys in life, cakes, brownies, cookies and even fried chicken, egg rolls, pizzas. Any food that’s popular, any food that’s worth tasting… that choice is only available to those who have good health. Oatmeal isn’t something that’s on every one’s favorite food list.
Does anyone like hiking? Discovering parts of the world… better yet, seeing the world and traveling around? Staying with our families, talking and eating dinner with them. Well, guess what? You need good health to do all that. You can still accomplish it with bad health but you won’t be enjoying much, now would you? There’s many opportunities that’s only opened to you if you have good health. Staying healthy and you get more job openings and become even happier. We feel a lot freer if our health is clean and good, feeling the breeze in our face and waving our hands in the air. Those that don’t have good health… do you know where they are? In the hospital beds. Do people love watching the television and how about going to the theatres? Well, you need good vision to see a movie, better yet, anything. Good vision comes from good health, so if someone has bad health, what do you think their vision is like?
Our life is only enjoyable and happy if we have good health to back it up. Without it, well, our life wouldn’t really be something we’d like to boast about. We want to see our grandchildren, we like to eat our favorite foods, we enjoy playing with our friends. We love talking to them. We don’t want to end up in the hospital. We all want to be free, right? Free from the disease, free from pain. Well the only way to feel free is to live life to the fullest, which can only be possible if we have good health. Remember Good Health = LIFE!
